Jane McCogginsJane McCoggins, President and Director

Jane is President of CI and also serves as COO of the Employer Services Assurance Corporation, serving since 1998. She has over 25 years of experience in association and non-profit organization management and holds a degree in business management and marketing from Baylor University. Jane managed the start-up and operations of a Small Business Incubator for the Southeastern Technology Center in Augusta, Georgia and also worked for ten years with the non-profit American Association of Petroleum Geologists in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Don ParkerDonald L. Parker, Secretary/Treasurer and Director

Don serves as Program Manager for the CI’s Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Best Practices program where he assists PEOs with ensuring their procedures meet the program’s best practices and confirms continued compliance with certification requirements.

Prior to joining CI, he served as Director of Risk Services for an Arkansas based PEO where he was responsible for assisting in development of the company’s risk management strategies and delivery of employee safety services to a variety of clients in over 30 states. Don also worked for over twenty years with several major insurance carriers, including Commercial Union, The Home and CAN where he conducted underwriting and risk control assessments on all lines of insurance coverage and provided loss prevention consultation.

Don earned recognition as a Certified Safety and Health Manager from the Institute of Safety & Health Management and as an Associate Risk Manager from the Insurance Institute of America. He graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, Louisiana with a BS degree in geology.

David CarothersDavid E. Carothers, Director

David is co-founder of Praxiom Risk Management and a managing partner and risk management consultant for The Integrita Group. He has more than 30 years of broad-based experience in risk management, safety, human resources, and business operations.

Prior to founding Praxiom and The Integrita Group, Dave served as Sr. VP of Risk Management for Advantec, a large Florida-based PEO. He has also served as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for U.S. Aggregates and was the first Director of Risk Management for LifeStyle Furnishings International in High Point, NC.

Dave earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. He has also earned recognition as a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and as an Associate in Risk Management from the Insurance Institute of America. He is a licensed property/casualty agent in a number of states. Dave is a member of the Florida Bureau of Workers Compensation Fraud Task Force, as a representative for the Florida PEO industry.
